| Experience the Difference If you have ever trained in a gym or fitness centre, you know how distracting your environment can be. Weights bang. Music blares. Sweat on the benches. Even in a home gym interruptions can be unavoidable. Our trainers believe that every second of your workout must be carefully planned and executed by a certified personal trainer, and that a private environment is essential for effective communication between you and your trainer. At our studio, you don't compete with anyone else for attention, or for the use of top of the line equipment. Instead you'll find it surprisingly easy to focus on yourself and - with our instructor's one on - one help to take control of your body. Richard has been involved in the fitness industry for many years from gym reception to fitness centre owner. He is a fully qualified personal trainer and also has a Diploma in Health Science (remedial massage) which he completed with first class honours. Richard was also selected to represent Victoria in hockey and has won a bronze medal in Taekwondoe at State Championships. He has been a guest speaker at several self defence seminars and has held numerous self defence workshops for organisations including the Australian Massage Association and Australian Bowen Therapists Association. Richard combines all his skills to make his Personal training sessions effective and enjoyable for his clients. | |
