| Description: | Nathan has spent over 10 years working as a professional within the sport and exercise field. This has included management and consulting positions both here in Australia and overseas in Europe and Canada. He has experience in teaching at the tertiary level in University and TAFE settings and has a passion for adult learning using experiential methods. Currently he consults to the QAS in addition to working with sport clients through private practice. He has worked with numerous athletes in a wide variety of sports, from synchronised ice-skating and platform diving to junior tennis and professional soccer. With expertise in group processes, he has worked successfully with sporting teams in developing positive team dynamics which lays a platform for success. Nathan is an enthusiastic and creative motivator with a passion for assisting athletes to achieve beyond expectations. He is currently involved in collaborative research projects at the University of Queensland investigating the motivation of elite sports people and modifying competitive attitudes and behaviours | |||
