| Description: | For over twenty-eight years, European trained glass artist Frans Kat has been working in stained glass for residential, commercial and architectural settings. These windows have often incorporated the highly specialised techniques of kiln-fired glass painting and staining. He has also been involved in a number of South Australia’s major church window restoration projects as well as creating significant new church windows in South Australia and New South Wales. More recently, Frans has developed a range of fused glass sculptures and wall panels. He is also designing unique glass panels of laminated, etched and beveled glass which are ideally suited to the very latest architectural settings. | |||
