We believe the better understood a dog is, the easier they are to train which results in more freedom and a better relationship with you. Exercise is a huge part of any dog’s life - having the freedom to exercise your dog will result in a happy dog and a happy owner. The training method used by DogEase is positive reinforcement, with a combination of other methods as required. Through years of training experience, the use of positive reinforcement has shown that dogs respond extremely well – therefore they want to actually do things for their owners (pack leaders). Six-Day In-Home Obedience Course: We can come and train the dog while you are at work or busy, we will meet with you on the first day of training to discuss your concerns and needs, the trainer will then put a new program into place for you and your family to follow, over the next five days the trainer will train your dog. On the last day the instructor will teach you how to use the new commands your dog has already learned. This works very well and dogs respond very quickly to this method. Behaviour Consultation: A trainer will come to your home to assess the behaviour problems you are having with your dog. During the consultation (which may take up to two hours) the trainer will offer you solutions to these problems. You will then receive a written program and ongoing support. Puppy Pre-School: Puppy training is where it all starts. Primary School: Classes are held at various locations. New Baby Introduction: Knowing what should be done before the baby arrives can take all those fears. | |||
