| Description: | OZ Plastics Pty Ltd is an Australian company that manufactures caps and closures. We specialise in Plastic Injection moulding which allows us to focus predominantly on low cost - high volume closure solutions. We currently make 65mm Aerosol caps, one-piece and two-piece closures for 28mm & 30mm neck bottles with a capacity of producing 9million+ units per year. Currently we are running at 30% production, hence we’re always seeking new work. Based in Ingleburn, NSW, just of the M5, our easy accessibility allows us to always deliver on time. These 65mm Aerosol Caps are the basic "plain jane" of aerosol caps used most commonly and we have the mould to make around 15million units per year using Haitian brand machines. We also have creator, Boy 15s and Boy 50s Injection moulding machines. The Haitian is the best I've ever used, we have the 170tonne and 80tonne. We can effortlessly arrange to have custom designed closures for any sort of bottles, jars and tubs, so drop us a line. Our most common product is our 30mm child safety that is TGA compliant, this is currently being used for bleaches and domestic cleaners, but this can also be used for peroxides, cleaning chemicals, pesticides and other flammable or harsh chemicals. We only use food grade plastic with the right additive for all our plastic caps and closures to ensure persistence in durability, appearance and operation. Quality control is in place to guarantee our clients have a minimum of rejects, focusing on their other unrelated issues. Our range of caps and closures include 30mm flat cap style, 18mm flip tops, 30mm Child Safety caps 28mm refill caps, 65mm Aerosol caps, 52mm aerosol caps , 28mm & 30mm nozzles , reducing plugs, child resistant caps and other plastic closures using HDPE, LDPE and PP. If you do choose to use an existing product, it can save you thousands on setup costs, moulds and drawings. However, choosing to have your own unique closure is still affordable taking into consideration we have the best contacts for toolmakers and designers. A single cavity hot runner mould would roughly cost around $10k and turn around time would be only a few months away. OZ Plastics Pty Ltd main role is to give you, the customer, the solution you want with a minimum of fuss. We do all the running around and present you with a prototype prior to initiating production of your design. Your only decision is yes or no. Our current range of products are suitable for low cost solutions for company’s that specialise in caps and closure solutions for bleach, washing detergent, domestic cleaner, hand wash, shower cleaner, disinfectants, flammable chemicals, industrial and household chemicals.
